Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team. The ideal candidate should be organized, quick to learn, and able to manage multiple assignments at once. You will help ensure smooth project workflows, coordinate with linguists and clients, and support end-to-end delivery of language projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in handling daily project tasks and client communication.
• Coordinate with translators, transcribers, proofreaders, subtitlers, and other language professionals.
• Prepare project briefs, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Review submissions for formatting, accuracy, and completeness.
• Maintain internal trackers, schedules, and deadline calendars.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and client expectations.
• Handle basic queries from clients and vendors professionally.
• Support invoice preparation, file organization, and documentation work.
• Report project updates, risks, and delays to the senior team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
• Prior experience in translation, transcription, subtitling, or localization industry is a plus (not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
