Role & responsibilities Assist customers in understanding and applying for used car loans. Evaluate customer financials and provide suitable loan options. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the loan process. Manage documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide timely follow-up and updates to clients regarding their loan applications.
