Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Business Development Head / Manager with a proven track record in software sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong market understanding, expertise across the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and the ability to strategize, pitch, and execute high value sales operations. 


Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in software or IT service sales.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales, SaaS products, and digital solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to different industries.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead management platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking
  • Lead the entire sales cycle prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long term partnerships.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new segments, trends, and potential clients.
  • Prepare compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Mentor and guide the sales team to enhance overall performance.
