Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive migration plans to transition from SAP CRM on-premise to SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).Perform gap analysis to align existing SAP CRM functionalities with C4C capabilities.Lead data migration activities, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and accuracy.Configure and customize C4C modules (Sales, Service, and Marketing) based on project requirements.Utilize Cloud Application Studio for advanced customization where standard configurations fall short.Design and implement end-to-end business processes within C4C, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP systems.Oversee integration of C4C with SAP ERP and other SAP modules, ensuring a unified system architecture.Configure OData services and middleware for real-time data flow between on-premises SAP CRM and C4C.Conduct functional and technical testing to validate system functionality, stability, and data integrity.Manage data migration strategies for master and transactional data from SAP CRM to C4C.Implement data cleansing, transformation, and validation procedures to ensure data quality.Define and manage data governance policies in alignment with project and compliance standards.Liaise with government stakeholders to capture business requirements and provide technical consultation on best practices for C4C functionalities.Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and IT teams to enable smooth adoption of the new C4C system.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and migration reports.Develop key performance metrics and report on project progress to stakeholders.Role & responsibilities TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Proficiency in SAP CRM and SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), with a deep understanding of CRM processes.Experience with SAP Integration Suite, HCI (HANA Cloud Integration), and API-based integrations for seamless CRM-C4C connectivity.Knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Studio for custom developments and extensions within C4C.Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., SAP Data Services) and experience managing large data sets during migration.Hands-on experience with OData setup for SAP CRM/C4C integrations.Familiarity with S/4HANA for potential future integrations and landscape evolution in government projects.Proficient in automated testing tools and techniques for end-to-end functional testing within CRM to C4C migration projects.
