The company manufactures engine oils for vehicles, including 2-wheelers, 4-wheelers, trucks, buses, and the defence sector, as well as industrial, marine, specialty, and aviation oils and greases. Raaj Industrial Lubricants provides high-quality, superior-grade lubricants to meet diverse automotive and industrial needs, supported by an in-house testing facility and a focus on quality adherence.

OEMs, private label clients, industrial buyers


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development:

  • Create monthly business development goals and build strategic action plans to achieve them with the team
  • Identify effective channels and acquire new clients in the OEM, contract manufacturing, and private label segments
  • Develop proposals, quotations, pricing structures, and commercial agreements based on client needs.
  • Create custom solutions and unique product portfolios that align with client requirements
  • Manage lead generation and enable a continuous pipeline of potential customers to be pursued
  • Represent the company and network in industrial expos and B2B forums to onboard new international clients
  • Draw in-depth insights from the market and competitor analysis to guide product diversification (SKU expansion) and market entry strategies
  • Identify emerging trends and regulatory changes in the lubricants and automotive industry

Key Account Management:

  • Build, maintain, and deepen continuous and long-term relationships with OEMs and private label clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries, commercial discussions and service requests
  • Ensure high levels of post-sales support and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve escalations effectively and ensure long-term business retention
  • Conduct regular client visits to maintain customer engagement and gather market feedback
  • Analyze customer feedback to suggest existing product and quality improvements and explore new product diversifications

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with supply chain, production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the finance and accounting team for payment collections, and client documentation
  • Work closely with R&D/quality, production and logistics teams to ensure real-time tracking and alignment of orders with customer requirements

Sales Metrics & Analysis:

  • Drive and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the OEM/private label vertical
  • Lead pricing strategy, sales negotiations, and contract finalizations.
  • Track sales performance, margins, and order pipelines on a regular basis
  • Manage budgets, sales forecasts, cost-efficiency initiatives and KPIs for the sales and marketing department independently
  • Recommend process improvements and innovations for greater operational efficiency
  • Follow structured order tracking and task delegation on company ERP systems and SOPs
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate actionable reports for senior management
  • Prepare detailed MIS reports and present business forecasts to senior management


Required Qualifications

Education: BBA / B.Com or equivalent 

Experience of working in lubricant industry for minimum 3 years

Proficiency in:

  • ERP systems, MS Excel
  • Managing B2B client base
  • Established network with OEMs



Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of automotive lubricants, coolants, and grease products
  • Working knowledge of ERP software like

    Odoo

    is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of end-to-end customer cycle & practice accountability
  • Willingness to travel based on business needs
