Job Summary The New Product Development Executive will be responsible for developing new grades of lubricants and products for the company, by driving continuous improvement in vendor management, external and internal audits, R&D processes and quality control. This role is key for customized product development and quality excellence. Key Responsibilities: Take regular handover from sales and marketing department on custom product development Liaison and negotiate with ace vendors to source materials in a timely manner. Ensure that the quality of products and materials supplied by external vendors meets the company's standards. Review engineering and manufacturing specifications to identify materials needed for production Conduct supplier quality control audits on a regular basis to ensure vendor compliance with production standards Communicate with vendors regularly to address any concerns and improve working relationships. Understand and interpret all manufacturing audits, including ISO 9001 and other industry standards Maintain a supplier database with vendor performance evaluations and quality control audits- for access production and management Assist with logistics, including communications with vendors when there are packaging and receiving issues when materials arrive at receiving dock Plan and coordinate shipments, ensuring timely delivery Manage freight forwarding, customs clearance, and other logistics-related activities Preparing MIS reports on procurement and logistics performance Ensure all operational activities are in line with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Integrated Management Manual Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent Experience of working in a manufacturing set-up Proficiency in: ERP systems, MS Excel and Word CAD Softwares Supply chain/logistics knowledge Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Education/experience in Packaging,Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field Working knowledge of ERP software like Odoo is a strong plus Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CAD softwares such as Solidworks, Fusion 360 etc. is a strong plus Currently employed in a Lubricant Manufacturing company (preferred) Strong skills in negotiation, vendor development and procurement reporting

Job Summary: The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing all aspects of the plant store operations, including inventory management, material receipt and issue, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams. This role supports the company’s operational efficiency and quality excellence in a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, manufacturing date, and other details against the Purchase Order (PO) Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of indents. Maintain accurate inventory records of all materials received, issued, and in storage and ensure proper documentation in ERP software, including MRN (Material Receipt Note) Ensure all materials, inspected and accepted by Quality Assurance are only taken to stock Issue debit notes for returned or rejected materials and coordinate their return Monitor and maintain required minimum stock level as per the approved list for Raw Material & Finished Goods. Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and barcode tracking of inventory items. Track all inventory movements – including receipts, issues, and internal transfers Prepare delivery notes /DCs/STN and required documents for stock transfer Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices to maintain efficient stock rotation Prepare and send a monthly material request procurement plan to the purchase department. Liaise with production to ensure materials are available and with the sales department regarding the status of finished goods Coordinate decisions to retain/sell scrap with reporting manager Prepare non-moving items report on a monthly basis and make arrangements for disposal, as approved by Store Head & Unit Head. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Development: Create monthly business development goals and build strategic action plans to achieve them with the team Identify effective channels and acquire new clients in the OEM, contract manufacturing, and private label segments Develop proposals, quotations, pricing structures, and commercial agreements based on client needs.
