Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and create strategic initiatives to drive growth. The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with teams. Additionally, the candidate will analyze market trends and competitors to adapt business strategies accordingly, while ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and client management skills
  • Experience in market research, business analysis, and strategic planning
  • Proven ability in lead generation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Prior experience in EdTech or IT services is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
