Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer located in Bhubaneswar. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting and delivering training programs, developing course materials, evaluating trainee progress, and providing constructive feedback. Daily tasks will include preparing training sessions, delivering theoretical and practical lessons, monitoring trainee participation, and adjusting training techniques to ensure effective learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in data analytics, machine learning, AI, and web development
• Experience in developing and delivering structured training programs
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback
• Proficiency in using educational tools and technologies
• Relevant experience in the EdTech sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field
