We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Operation Theatre Technician Faculty to train and mentor students in OT Technology programs. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in operating theatre procedures, instrumentation, sterilization techniques, and surgical assistance protocols, with experience in teaching or training in a clinical or academic setting. Key Responsibilities: Academic Delivery: Teach and demonstrate OT procedures, surgical instrumentation, aseptic techniques, patient preparation, and post-operative care. Curriculum Development: Contribute to curriculum planning, course updates, and teaching methodologies in alignment with current clinical standards. Practical Training: Supervise and guide students during clinical postings, simulations, and laboratory-based training sessions. Assessment: Design and evaluate theory and practical examinations; provide timely feedback and academic support to students. Mentorship: Provide academic and career counseling to students pursuing careers as OT technicians. Compliance: Ensure adherence to academic standards, clinical guidelines, and institutional policies. Professional Development: Participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences to stay updated on advancements in surgical and OT practices.
