Key Responsibilities: Academic Delivery: Teach and demonstrate OT procedures, surgical instrumentation, aseptic techniques, patient preparation, and post-operative care. Curriculum Development: Contribute to curriculum planning, course updates, and teaching methodologies in alignment with current clinical standards. Practical Training: Supervise and guide students during clinical postings, simulations, and laboratory-based training sessions. Assessment: Design and evaluate theory and practical examinations; provide timely feedback and academic support to students. Mentorship: Provide academic and career counseling to students pursuing careers as OT technicians. Compliance: Ensure adherence to academic standards, clinical guidelines, and institutional policies.
