Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Consultant located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business needs, providing strategic recommendations, and delivering management consulting services. Daily responsibilities include conducting data analysis, collaborating with clients to address challenges, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and contributing to financial assessments and planning to drive business growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify actionable insights
• Expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting to provide strategic and operational guidance
• Exceptional communication skills for effective client interactions and stakeholder engagement
• Foundational knowledge or experience in Finance for assessing and advising on financial solutions
• Problem-solving skills, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in the technology or IT services industry is a plus
