Business Development Manager
Location: Mumbai ( Vasudev Chambers, Andheri East ) (US Market – Night Shift)

Role Overview
Ship4wd is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help build and scale our high-performance sales team. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who excels at relationship-building, closing deals, and owning the full sales cycle while working directly under leadership mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert high-intent inbound leads
Build strong, long-term relationships with SMB and mid-market clients
Sell logistics solutions across FCL, LCL, and Air freight
Prepare and send quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
Own the full sales cycle including calls, emails, demos, and follow-ups
Maintain and manage pipeline using CRM tools
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and high-energy execution
Requirements
3–8 years of experience in sales or business development
Prior experience in B2B sales or logistics/freight forwarding preferred
Comfortable working night shifts (US market)
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
