Role & responsibilities

Business Development Manager

• Generate

  new retail turnkey interior projects

  (showrooms, stores, boutiques, brand outlets, malls).
• Build and maintain relationships with

  retail brands, franchise owners, developers, architects, and consultants

  .
• Identify business opportunities through

  networking, cold outreach, references, and market research

  .
• Coordinate with

  design, estimation, and execution teams

  for proposals and presentations.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate

  commercial proposals, BOQs, timelines, and contracts

  .
• Close deals and ensure smooth project handover to execution teams.
• Achieve assigned

  monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

  .
• Represent the company in

  client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and business forums

  .

  commercial interior projects

  is a strong plus

Experience & Qualification

• Experience:

  38 years (Retail / Commercial Interior Industry preferred)

• Education:

  Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)
