Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive

    stall space sales

    for Organic Expo by approaching brands, companies, startups, manufacturers, and retailers.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, meetings, and event/networking platforms.
  • Convert potential exhibitors into confirmed bookings by presenting the event's value proposition.
  • Achieve

    monthly and event-based sales targets

    assigned by the company.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for invoicing, documentation, and exhibitor support.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential industries and companies relevant to the Expo.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports and meet revenue goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate with

    2 to 6 years

    of sales experience (event sales / B2B sales preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed

    sales targets

    .
  • Experience in exhibition space selling or event sponsorship sales will be an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, confident, and able to manage independent sales pipelines.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, Excel, marketing tools, and AI tools.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings if required.
