We are looking for experienced and passionate JEE/NEET Faculty members to join our academic team and deliver top-quality coaching for students preparing for JEE Main, Advanced & NEET. The ideal candidate should have deep subject expertise, strong presentation skills, and a commitment to student success. Key Responsibilities: Senior Faculty Academic Delivery & Classroom Management Deliver engaging and effective offline & online lectures for NEET / JEE (Main & Advanced) as per curriculum. Prepare and follow structured lesson plans, based on batch micro planners. Facilitate doubt-clearing and concept discussion sessions post-lectures. Conduct revision sessions, solve classroom questions, and prepare short notes. Share homework and lecture notes regularly and track student follow-up. Use provided PPTs, teaching aids, and the Byteachers platform for academic delivery. Ensure timely syllabus coverage and chapter completion. Track and mark student attendance, assign remarks, and maintain daily lecture diaries. Student Performance & Engagement Monitor student progress via class tests, feedback, and assessments. Conduct weekly and monthly feedback reviews with the Batch Coordinator & Academic Head. Guide students on preparation strategy, study methods, revision frequency, and exam readiness. Attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and communicate performance to parents as required. Assessment & Evaluation Design and review test papers, question banks, and assignments. Proofread answer keys and assist in assessment-related duties. Share performance insights and reports with the Academic Head and HOD. Participate in content creation aligned with the NEET/JEE syllabus. Team & Curriculum Contribution Collaborate with Associate and Junior Faculty for academic alignment. Contribute to curriculum improvement, content innovation, and digital content development. Lead academic workshops and faculty mentoring sessions when required. Maintain attendance, share lecture notes, and assist in homework reviews. Help manage in-class logistics (whiteboard/PPTs/assignments distribution). Content & Assessment Contribute to question bank creation, worksheet development, and topic-wise quizzes. Proofread test papers and validate answer keys created by the team. Assist in checking answer sheets and recording performance data. Support in developing short notes, revision material, and content uploads. Student Engagement Build a rapport with students and act as a motivator for consistent academic effort. Maintain regular communication with batch coordinators regarding student progress. Help resolve basic conceptual doubts and escalate advanced doubts to Senior Faculty. Operational Responsibilities Ensure that classrooms are well-prepared and materials are available before each session. Update academic trackers on the Byteachers platform, assist in scheduling lectures and mock tests. Attend internal academic meetings and contribute actively to feedback discussions. Key Responsibilities: Junior Faculty Classroom & Academic Assistance Shadow and support Senior and Assistant Faculty during lectures and practical classes. Conduct revision sessions, remedial classes, or small-group sessions as assigned. Take active part in student doubt-solving during and after classes. Record attendance, maintain lecture notes, and assist in updating student homework status. Content & Assessment Support Assist in the creation and proofreading of practice worksheets, class tests, and assignments. Contribute to the development of MCQs, assertion-reason questions, and short notes under faculty guidance. Help in checking answer sheets and uploading marks to academic platforms. Student Engagement Build a supportive relationship with students to help improve conceptual clarity. Address basic queries and escalate subject-specific or behavioral concerns to the academic coordinator or senior faculty. Help in preparing daily academic reports and tracking student engagement. Training & Development Participate in regular faculty training sessions, academic reviews, and mock lecture assessments. Learn about syllabus structuring, micro-planning, and delivery techniques aligned with NEET/JEE standards.
