Position Overview The People Manager will oversee and manage the human resource function across all ARMS Academy branches. The role is pivotal in ensuring strong recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with HR policies to support a high-performing, ethical, and growth-oriented work culture. 4. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for academic and non-academic roles across all locations. Maintain employee relations through grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and engagement activities. Design and implement training and development programs to enhance staff capabilities. Oversee payroll processing, compensation structuring, and statutory compliance. Lead the performance management cycle, including reviews, feedback, and improvement plans. Develop, update, and implement HR policies in line with legal and institutional goals. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety norms, and HR documentation requirements. Manage daily and monthly HR operational activities including attendance, MIS trackers, and reports. Conduct exit interviews and manage the full employee lifecycle from joining to offboarding. Track KPIs and generate periodic HR reports for management insights and decisions. 5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Recruitment Efficiency: 90% of open positions filled within 30 days. Engagement & Retention: Resolve 95% of grievances within 7 days; achieve 90% annual retention. Training Effectiveness: 4 trainings per quarter with 90% satisfaction rate. Payroll Accuracy: 100% accuracy and timely salary processing. Compliance Rate: 100% adherence to labor laws and updated HR policies. 6. Qualification and Experience Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; additional HR certifications (SHRM, CHRMP) preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in the education/coaching sector is an advantage. 7. Skills and Attributes Required Strong understanding of labor laws, compensation structures, and HR best practices Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution capabilities High confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail Time management and multitasking ability Empathetic, approachable, and growth-oriented mindset 8.
