Location: Pune | Daund | Dhule Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3-8 years (preferably in the academic/coaching industry) Reporting to: Branch Head / Academic Head

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and well-organized individual to join our dynamic team as an Business Development Executive. The role is central to both admissions and academic operations, ensuring a seamless student journey from enrollment to academic success. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, student-centric thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced coaching environment for NEET & JEE aspirants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling admission counseling
• Calling on the leads
• Handling students & parents enquiry
• Guide students for upcoming challenges
• Conducting seminars
• Communicate with teachers, parents and administrators on an ongoing basis about behavioural and academic problems
• Guiding students in their academic journey
• Call on existing and potential clients to create targeted, brand-building sales and marketing programs to drive volume and hit quantitative and qualitative sales goals
• Develop and implement strategic business plans within assigned geography

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree required (Science background preferred) / Master's degree in business administration/sales/marketing is a plus.

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years in a similar academic/coaching setup is preferred.

• Technical Proficiency:

  MS Office, Google Workspace, Student Management Software (ERP/LMS).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
  Empathetic listener with a problem-solving mindset
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of potential students (or parents) contacted or brought into the pipeline.
• Percentage of leads converted into actual enrollments.
• Absolute number of students enrolled through direct or indirect efforts
• JEE awareness sessions, career guidance talks, mock test drives, etc.
• Number of leads generated via social media or online ad campaigns.
