As we expand into new markets, we’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Lead who can scale our lead funnel, build predictable growth systems, and translate creative work into measurable business results each of our verticals.


Role Overview

The Media Sales & Business Development Manager will lead business acquisition, targeting both brands and media agencies. This role demands strong sales acumen, a media-industry mindset, and the ability to position our creative and film capabilities with clarity and confidence. A sharp, network-driven business builder who understands the media ecosystem, values relationships, and brings the hunger to accelerate our creative and film business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business from target sectors and verticals - offline & online
  • Develop strong relationships with

    media agencies

    , media planners, brand teams, and marketing leads.
  • Leverage prior

    media industry/media sales

    experience to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Build a strong pipeline through regular outreach, networking, and industry mapping.
  • Create and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and case-led credentials.
  • Understand brand objectives and translate them into relevant creative/film solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with online marketing team, internal creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Track category movements, brand spends, campaigns, and market trends to stay ahead.


Skills:

  • 5–8 years of business development experience, with proven relationships across media sales, real estate, F&B, and luxury/premium sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High-energy, focused, enterprising, and driven to scale business.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations, targets, and timelines confidently.
  • Passion for premium lifestyle categories and understanding of their marketing landscape.
