Job Summary:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:


Market Development:

  • Identify and develop new markets and customer segments in both residential and commercial sectors.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve sales targets by securing new orders from developers, architects, contractors, interior designers, and distributors.
  • Drive product promotion and sales strategies to increase market share.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Provide after-sales support and manage client accounts for repeat business.


Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Track and manage client projects from initial enquiry to final delivery.


Proposal & Quotation:

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals profitably.
  • Ensure pricing aligns with company strategy and market conditions.


Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, pipeline status, and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain CRM records and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

    in B2B sales or business development, preferably in building materials, construction, or aluminium fabrication industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within the real estate, construction, or architectural community is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and understand technical specifications is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
