Role Description


full-time, on-site position based in Odisha, India


  • Key responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies, conducting market and competitor analysis, managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, and negotiating commercial terms. The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams including

    technical, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery

    to ensure solution alignment and high client satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, managing pipelines, and contributing to organizational growth initiatives.

    (added advantage)


Experience


  • Minimum 5 years of experience

    in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
  • Prior experience in

    technology-driven, IT services, consulting, or digital solutions

    industry
  • Proven track record of

    achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience managing the

    complete sales lifecycle

    from lead generation to closure
  • Hands-on experience with

    enterprise clients, government, or B2B engagements

  • Exposure to

    contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and commercial discussions

  • Experience working with

    cross-functional teams

    including pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams
  • Ability to build and maintain

    long-term client relationships
