Experience Required:

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and manage
Government & Private Tenders
through online portals such as GeM, CPPP, and eProcurement sites.
Study tender documents thoroughly and ensure compliance with all
technical and commercial requirements
.
Prepare
technical and financial bid documents
in coordination with internal departments.
Handle
bid submission
, tender tracking, and follow-ups until award or rejection.
Maintain documentation such as
EMD, BG, work orders, vendor registrations
, etc.
Prepare and maintain
MIS reports
of tenders submitted, ongoing, and finalized.
Coordinate with
clients, OEMs, and vendors
for technical clarifications and quotations.
Support the
Bid Manager / Business Head
in tender pricing, negotiation, and analysis.
Assist in
post-tender activities
like LOA follow-up, agreement drafting, and invoice submission.
Ensure timely renewal and compliance with
registrations, empanelments, and certifications
.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of
e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPPP, NIC, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and
PDF editing tools
Good knowledge of tender terms, BOQ, EMD, PBG, and contract documentation
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and time management

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech preferred)
Candidates with tendering or bid management experience in
IT / Electrical / Infrastructure
sectors will be preferred

Compensation

Salary: As per company standards and experience
Probation: 6 months (Performance-based confirmation)
Post-confirmation:
20–35% performance-based hike

Odisha
