Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI Designer & Architect, located in Bhubaneswar. The UI Designer & Architect will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces, developing and implementing design strategies, conducting user research, and ensuring the visual and interactive elements of applications are optimized for user experience. Day-to-day tasks will include wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.

Qualifications

  • User Interface (UI) Design, Graphic Design, and Visual Design skills
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop
  • Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
