Role Overview

RightAdvisors is looking for a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in government and private tendering processes of a manpower. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with GeM Portal and CPP Portal, and capable of managing end-to-end tender activities efficiently related to manpower services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant tenders from GeM Portal and CPP Portal
• Download, analyze, and prepare tender documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and compliance inputs
• Prepare and submit bids within stipulated timelines
• Ensure complete documentation and adherence to tender guidelines
• Track tender status, clarifications, amendments, and results
• Maintain records of submitted, awarded, and rejected tenders
• Support post-bid activities and contract documentation

Required Skills & Knowledge

• 1–2 years of experience in tendering and bidding
• Strong working knowledge of GeM Portal and CPP Portal
• Understanding of government procurement procedures
• Ability to read and interpret tender documents
• Good documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Certification or prior experience in government tendering is a plus
