Role Description: Develop and execute growth strategies to onboard new clients and corporate partners. Design pilot programs that showcase platform value and drive renewals. Prospect, pitch and negotiate with clients and corporate L&D heads. Manage the full sales cycle—from discovery calls and presentations to contract signing and implementation. Recruit, train and build own team. Liaise with mentors, industry experts and internal teams to refine offerings. Provide market insights and data-driven feedback to continuously enhance our platform and user experience. Drive B2B growth while supporting select B2C initiatives. Experiment with new outreach channels to scale engagement. Qualifications: 2–4 years in B2B sales, business development, strategy or innovation management—preferably within Education industry, higher-education services or professional networking platforms. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, particularly with industry professionals and mentors. Effective communication, presentation, and leadership skills Proficiency in project management and coordination. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Experience in the education industry or professional networking industry is a plus. Self-starter mindset, results-driven, resilient under pressure and comfortable with mobility.
