Role Description:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to onboard new clients and corporate partners.
• Design pilot programs that showcase platform value and drive renewals.
• Prospect, pitch and negotiate with clients and corporate L&D heads. Manage the full sales cycle—from discovery calls and presentations to contract signing and implementation.
• Recruit, train and build own team. Liaise with mentors, industry experts and internal teams to refine offerings.
• Provide market insights and data-driven feedback to continuously enhance our platform and user experience.
• Drive B2B growth while supporting select B2C initiatives.
• Experiment with new outreach channels to scale engagement.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years in B2B sales, business development, strategy or innovation management—preferably within Education industry, higher-education services or professional networking platforms.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, particularly with industry professionals and mentors.
• Effective communication, presentation, and leadership skills Proficiency in project management and coordination.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Experience in the education industry or professional networking industry is a plus.
• Self-starter mindset, results-driven, resilient under pressure and comfortable with mobility.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
