Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Onboarding:

Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather client requirements and tailor services accordingly.
Conduct training sessions and provide resources to clients for effective product/service usage.

Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our offerings.
Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and track engagement metrics.

Client Retention:

Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor client feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that support client acquisition and retention efforts.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client onboarding, acquisition, and retention.
Prepare reports for management summarizing activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance the overall client experience.
Participate in cross-departmental initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.
