Role Description

full-time remote role

In this position, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing strong client relationships. You will conduct market research, create sales plans, manage the full sales lifecycle, and represent Cyvica Technologies in meetings and presentations. You will also work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    outbound and inbound sales activities

    to generate qualified business leads.
  • Conduct effective qualification discussions and guide prospects through the

    entire sales lifecycle

    .
  • Own the sales pipeline: outreach, follow-ups, demo coordination, proposal creation, and closing deals.
  • Maintain a detailed CRM/database of all interactions and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create accurate solution proposals for Cloud, Security, Web Development & IT Services.
  • Consistently achieve

    weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships to support repeat business and upselling opportunities.
