Our 24/7 network ensures swift, cost-effective care for insurers, corporations, and assistance organizations worldwide. Role Overview As our Business Development Manager, you will spearhead CMA’s growth by identifying new partnership opportunities, driving sales initiatives, and expanding our international client portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with insurers, corporate accounts, and assistance firms to position CMA as the preferred ground-partner for medical assistance. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion: Research and target potential clients in insurance, corporate, and assistance sectors. Partnership Development: Forge and nurture strategic alliances with hospitals, insurers, and travel-assistance companies. Sales Leadership: Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets. Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular engagement and performance reviews. Collaboration: Work with operations and case-management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and present insights to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years’ experience in business development or sales—preferably in healthcare, insurance, or travel-assistance industries. Proven track record of securing and closing B2B partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
