Key Responsibilities Market Expansion: Research and target potential clients in insurance, corporate, and assistance sectors. Sales Leadership: Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets. Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular engagement and performance reviews. Collaboration: Work with operations and case-management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and present insights to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years’ experience in business development or sales—preferably in healthcare, insurance, or travel-assistance industries. Proven track record of securing and closing B2B partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
