Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistance Coordinator based in Kolkata. The Assistance Coordinator will manage daily casework involving patient care coordination, facilitate insurance claims, and liaise with healthcare providers to ensure effective case management. Additional responsibilities include addressing patient and client inquiries, providing technical assistance, and ensuring exceptional customer service in line with company standards. The role requires proactive communication with all stakeholders to maintain seamless healthcare delivery.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Assistance and the ability to swiftly address and resolve technical concerns
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Case Management and knowledge of best practices for coordinating patient care and follow-ups
  • Familiarity with Insurance processes, including claims handling and liaison between patients and insurance providers
  • Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate in a multicultural environment with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred
