You’ll work closely with insurers, corporate clients, and assistance organizations to position CMA as a trusted partner in the medical assistance industry. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion: Identify and target prospective clients in the insurance, corporate, and assistance sectors. Partnership Development: Establish and foster alliances with hospitals, insurers, and travel-assistance providers. Sales Leadership: Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue goals. Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing client relationships through consistent communication and performance evaluations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with operations and case management teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, generate forecasts, and present strategic insights to senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or travel-assistance sectors. Demonstrated success in closing B2B partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong analytical skills with a knack for transforming market data into actionable strategies. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management systems.
