Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive – Solar EPC Location: [Greater Noida, UP] | Department: Business Development Reports To: Director Industry: Renewable Energy | Solar EPC About Us: Corrit is a leading Solar EPC company based out of NCR with over a decade of experience in serving clients. It is dedicated to delivering sustainable and efficient solar energy solutions across industrial, commercial, and utility-scale sectors. We specialize in end-to-end solar project execution including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Job Summary: The Senior Business Development Executive will drive strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company's market share in the Solar EPC space. This role requires strong technical knowledge of solar power systems, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a proactive approach to deal-making. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in the industrial, commercial, and utility sectors. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with company objectives. Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and stakeholders. Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and costing teams. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with financial and operational goals. Track market trends, competitor activity, and policy changes in the renewable energy sector. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover post-sale. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development/sales in the solar EPC or renewable energy sector. Proven track record of closing large-scale B2B or utility-scale solar projects. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, regulatory frameworks, and financial models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively as required. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with solar project finance and PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements). Knowledge of state and national solar policies, tenders, and subsidy mechanisms.
