Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation, and expense management. Ensure timely GST, TDS, and compliance filings in coordination with auditors. Monitor project budgets and reconcile procurement costs with financial records. Procurement Management Manage the complete purchase order (PO) and proforma invoice (PI) process for all solar components and services. Evaluate vendor quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely procurement for ongoing projects. Maintain accurate inventory records and track material deliveries to project sites. Coordinate with project, design, and logistics teams for procurement planning and order tracking. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred). 6–10 years of experience in accounting and procurement, preferably in the Solar EPC or Construction industry. Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and vendor management processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
