We are expanding aggressively and seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across international markets — focusing on generating, nurturing, and converting high-value outsourcing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing, Payroll, and CFO Support services.
  • Generate leads through multiple channels — cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Finance Heads, and Shared Services decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and solutioning teams to create winning proposals and RFP responses.
  • Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential industries, accounts, and decision-makers.
  • Track pipeline performance and sales metrics in CRM; maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate with marketing for targeted campaigns, webinars, and content-driven lead generation.
  • Stay ahead of competitor movements and industry trends to position Confiance strategically.

Ideal Profile

  • 7–10 years of experience in BPO / KPO / F&A Outsourcing / Technology-enabled Service Sales.
  • Proven track record in closing deals with international clients in professional services.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing economics, delivery models, and client onboarding cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger to grow into senior BD / Global Sales roles.
