Job Description


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards), and referrals.
  • Client Acquisition:

    Reach out to prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and pitch appropriate recruitment solutions.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proposal Development:

    Prepare and present business proposals and service agreements tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiation & Closure:

    Negotiate terms of business with clients and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Team:

    Coordinate with internal recruiters to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates as per client requirements.
  • Reporting & CRM:

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline updates, and sales activities using CRM tools.
