Role Overview:

The Email Marketing & Data Collection Associate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, validating, and segmenting high-quality B2B contact data and executing email campaigns to generate leads for Confiance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Research & Collection

• Identify and collect verified contact information of decision-makers in target industries
• Conduct manual research on company websites, news, and LinkedIn to identify potential outsourcing or partnership opportunities

2. Email Campaign Execution

• Set up and manage email systems
• Create and maintain sending schedules, warm-up cycles, and inbox rotations to maximize deliverability
• Upload contact lists, configure sequences, test email copy, and monitor metrics (opens, clicks, replies, bounce rates)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize subject lines, personalization, and call-to-actions for improved conversion
• A/B test campaigns and document learnings for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or data research (B2B preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and at least one email automation tool.
• Knowledge of email deliverability principles and data cleaning practices.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and conducting structured internet research.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
