Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Research & Collection Identify and collect verified contact information of decision-makers in target industries Conduct manual research on company websites, news, and LinkedIn to identify potential outsourcing or partnership opportunities 2. Email Campaign Execution Set up and manage email systems Create and maintain sending schedules, warm-up cycles, and inbox rotations to maximize deliverability Upload contact lists, configure sequences, test email copy, and monitor metrics (opens, clicks, replies, bounce rates) Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize subject lines, personalization, and call-to-actions for improved conversion A/B test campaigns and document learnings for continuous improvement Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or data research (B2B preferred). Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and at least one email automation tool. Knowledge of email deliverability principles and data cleaning practices. Comfortable working with large datasets and conducting structured internet research. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-driven.
