Because the future isn’t just electric—it’s limitless. ⚡ Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager – Retail Sales to spearhead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of strategic real estate locations for electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and managing a team of on ground sales executives across public and residential real estates, site acquisition, or infrastructure development, coupled with a passion for clean technology and sustainable mobility. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of field sales executives focused on site acquisition across public and residential segments. Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic real estate locations for EV charging stations, including RWAs, commercial shops, apartments, restaurants, and other high-traffic areas. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sites across targeted zones within the city. Negotiate and close agreements with property owners, societies, and commercial stakeholders. Monitor team performance, provide guidance and training, and ensure achievement of acquisition targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, legal, and engineering teams to ensure site readiness and compliance. Provide regular market insights, competition analysis, and feedback to inform strategy. Key Requirements: 4–8 years of experience in field sales and business development, with at least 2+ years in a team leadership role. Proven track record of driving retail or infrastructure expansion through on-ground acquisition. Strong understanding of the retail real estate landscape, particularly in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel within the city and conduct site visits regularly.
