Because the future isn’t just electric—it’s limitless. ⚡ Roles and Responsibilities: • Strong sense and grasp of graphic design/communication design/branding. • Work with the Head of Design, Design lead, and Design team to produce seamless solutions within a fast-moving setup. • Deliver high-quality designs that are scalable and flexible across products and collaterals. • Research, evaluate and visually communicate ideas through mood and storyboards. • Ability to clearly understand and translate business and technical requirements (briefs) into effective design solutions. • Seamless brand integration throughout platforms and products. • Help develop and upgrade brand identity/collaterals. • Should work with various social and digital platforms for the Marketing team. Skills and Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in Illustration, Graphic Design & UI/UX (experience in product design is a plus). • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field will be preferred. • Knowledge and interest in latest design/tech trends. • Experience working with design guidelines and design systems. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and proficient in Figma are beneficial. • Examples of excelling in group projects (understanding team dynamics). • Experience in motion graphics is a plus. • Good communication and problem-solving skills Why Join Us? 🌍 Drive the EV Revolution: At Bolt.Earth, you’re not just working—you’re shaping the future of mobility.
