Role Summary –

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record of generating new business in the Architecture and Engineering (BIM) domain. The candidate will drive revenue growth by developing relationships with Architects, Consultants, Developers, Contractors, and PMCs, managing the complete sales cycle, and mentoring Business Development Executives.


Key Responsibilities -

  • Drive business growth by acquiring domestic and overseas construction industry clients for BIM services for Architecture, Structural, MEPF and Other major discipline.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the AEC industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
  • Leverage networks, references, and partnerships to expand the business footprint.
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities and geographies.
  • Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and client mapping.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, client meetings, and international events.
  • Maintain and update sales documentation, CRM trackers, and forecasting reports.
  • Review, mentor, and evaluate Business Development Executives, ensuring their targets are aligned with organizational objectives.

Collaborate with senior leadership to refine pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.


Targets & KPIs

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Expansion of international client base (Middle East, Europe, USA).
  • Closure of high-value deals in domestic markets.
  • Team performance management — tracking executives’ lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Submission of weekly and monthly sales MIS reports.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 8–10 years of experience in business development/sales in the AEC, Engineering, or BIM services industry.
  • Proven record of closing international and domestic accounts.
  • Strong professional network within Architectural, Engineering, and Construction communities.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, forecast accurately, and execute sales strategies at scale.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
