• Leading and coordinating with the BIM team, working alongside as a team player.
• Prepare reports and cooperate in auditing activities.
• Producing periodic reports for senior managers to identify and measure BIM implementation.
• Manage BIM Process throughout the design phase of the project.
• Follow Office BIM protocol and ensure delivery of PIM and stage deliverables as per office standards.
• Chair Client and consultant’s BIM review meeting, walk through project details, clashes, and issue Minutes of the meeting.
• Create Architectural and interior models and drawings for various stages of the project – SD/DD/GFC/CD
• Produces project presentations (Keynote/ PowerPoint)
• Review stage submission of BIM models and drawings, and do a QA/QC audit based on project requirements.
• Ensure models are developed in compliance with BEP and follow LOD requirements and the Classification system as defined.
• Assess and forecast key risks involved in the project and propose mitigation methods to the corresponding Project Manager.
• Exclusive hands-on experience on BIM software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM Collaborate, AutoCAD, and Dynamo.
• Coordination of all sub-consultant packages.

BIM ARCHITECT

• Revit Expert level with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Revit and Navisworks.
• Moderate knowledge of National building codes and local codes design.
• Excellent communication, a team player, self-motivated, energetic, well organised, and a self-starter with attention to detail.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Must possess a minimum of 2 + years working on Medium to large-scale projects.
• Revit Expert level with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Revit and Navisworks.
