Job Title: Guest Experience & Business Development Manager – Atlas Homestay 📍 Location: KPHB, Hyderabad               💼 Job Type: Full-time     💰 Salary: Competitive, based on experience About Us: Atlas Homestays is one of Hyderabad’s leading boutique homestay operators, offering premium stays with features like home theatres, jacuzzis, and personalized hospitality. We pride ourselves on delivering 5-star guest experiences while running our operations smoothly in an autopilot mode. We are looking for a Guest Experience & Business Development Manager who can take full ownership of guest communication, reservations, revenue growth, and team development. The ideal candidate will come with hotel/hospitality experience, be proactive in solving problems, and ensure that no operational issue ever escalates to the owners. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Reservations Respond to all guest inquiries on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and direct channels within 15 minutes. Manage the full guest journey: pre-checkin, arrival, mid-stay, checkout, and post-stay reviews. Ensure seamless 5-star guest experience, handling issues independently without escalation. Maintain guest ratings above 4.95 average through proactive communication and service recovery. Sales & Business Development Manage OTA listings (content, photos, amenities, pricing, promotions). Run targeted promotions/offers to maximize occupancy and revenue. Upsell add-ons like jacuzzi use, late checkout, extended stays, and special packages. Drive repeat bookings via WhatsApp marketing, retention strategies, and referral offers. Support social media updates and brand-building activities. Assist in identifying new growth opportunities for Atlas Homestays. Team & Operations Leadership Coordinate daily with caretakers, housekeeping staff, and the operations associate for smooth operations. Oversee check-in/check-out processes and ensure SOPs are strictly followed. Support management in recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff for front office, housekeeping, and operations roles. Act as backup for operational duties when colleagues are on leave. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Hotel Management, or related field preferred). 1–3 years of hotel/hospitality experience (OYO, Airbnb, or hotel front office experience strongly preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Telugu/Hindi is a plus. Proficiency with OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda), WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to handle guest escalations calmly and resolve issues independently. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a 6-day schedule (including weekends).
