Job Title: Housekeeping Staff To keep all 7 1BHK properties at Atlas Homes clean and ready for guests, making sure they have a comfortable and happy stay. Key Responsibilities: Daily Cleaning: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas every day. Dust and wipe all surfaces like furniture and appliances. Change bed sheets, towels, and refill toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.). Room Preparation: Make sure rooms are clean and ready before guest check-ins. Check for any broken items (like lights or appliances) and report them. Laundry and Linen Work: Wash, dry, and iron bed sheets and towels. Keep enough clean bed sheets and towels ready for guests. Common Area Cleaning: Keep hallways, stairs, and other shared areas clean. Make sure guest essentials like drinking water and dustbins are in good condition. Helping Guests (if needed): Be polite and helpful if guests ask for things like extra towels. Keep a friendly attitude when interacting with guests. Reporting: Tell the manager if there are any cleaning issues or if supplies are running low. Give updates on your daily cleaning work. Skills Needed: Experience in cleaning or housekeeping jobs is helpful but not required. Knowledge of how to clean properly and use cleaning materials. Must pay attention to details and work quickly. Basic understanding of Telugu (or other local languages). Should be polite and ready to help guests. Work Hours: Full-time or part-time, depending on the work. Flexible hours, especially during guest check-ins or check-outs
