Team & Operations Leadership Coordinate daily with caretakers, housekeeping staff, and the operations associate for smooth operations. Oversee check-in/check-out processes and ensure SOPs are strictly followed. Support management in recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff for front office, housekeeping, and operations roles. Act as backup for operational duties when colleagues are on leave. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Hotel Management, or related field preferred). 1–3 years of hotel/hospitality experience (OYO, Airbnb, or hotel front office experience strongly preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Telugu/Hindi is a plus. Proficiency with OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda), WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets. Change bed sheets, towels, and refill toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.). Room Preparation: Make sure rooms are clean and ready before guest check-ins. Check for any broken items (like lights or appliances) and report them. Laundry and Linen Work: Wash, dry, and iron bed sheets and towels. Keep enough clean bed sheets and towels ready for guests.
