Job Summary:

We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Manager who’s not just a strategic thinker but also someone who enjoys building meaningful partnerships. You’ll be at the helm of our growth engine, driving new business and nurturing relationships that matter. With at least 3 years of experience under your belt, you’ll bring your A-game to sales, strategy, and client relationship-building—especially in the HRIS / HR solutions space. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Rockstar:

    Develop and execute business strategies that deliver growth in HRIS solutions, HR consulting, payroll, compliance, and HR-tech enabled services.
  • Sales Dynamo:

    Cold calls? No problem. Lead generation? You got this. Your mission: Build a strong pipeline, close deals, and provide HR leaders with the kind of expert advice that keeps them coming back for more.
  • Client Whisperer:

    Build relationships like a pro. Hold face-to-face meetings, understand HR and business challenges, and deliver solutions that truly add value. Retention is the name of the game, and you’re here to win.
  • Market Explorer:

    Stay on top of HR industry trends and competitor moves. You’ll be the one spotting new opportunities and guiding us to new heights.
  • Efficiency Guru:

    Work with our teams to streamline operations and make things run like a well-oiled machine for our clients. Compliance? Check. Efficiency? Double check.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Star:

    You’ve got a knack for selling HRIS platforms, HR consulting, payroll, compliance, and HR-tech enabled services. You know how to close deals and build long-term client trust.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire:

    Whether it’s a pitch, an email, or a presentation, you know how to get your point across clearly and convincingly.
  • Master Organizer:

    You’re a whiz at juggling multiple tasks, clients, and deadlines. Staying organized is second nature to you.
  • Analytical Thinker:

    You’re not just creative—you’re strategic. You love diving into data, spotting trends, and making decisions based on insights.
  • Motivated Self-Starter:

    You’re driven, goal-oriented, and you don’t wait around for someone to tell you what to do. You take the initiative and make things happen.
  • Tech-Savvy:

    You’re comfortable navigating LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and other digital tools. CRM systems? No problem.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably with HRIS / HR background or experience in HR-tech solutions / HR consulting.
  • A proven track record in sales and strategy—show us what you’ve got!
  • A deep understanding of HR industry trends and technology-driven HR solutions.
