We work across diverse industries to craft powerful brand strategies and digital campaigns that deliver real results. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our Pune team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, communicating the agency’s offerings, and generating leads to support the business development pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases Clearly communicate the agency’s services and offerings Generate and qualify leads for the sales and strategy team Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and client information in the CRM system Handle inbound queries and route them to the appropriate teams Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all client interactions Requirements: 6 to 12 months of experience in tele calling, customer service, or a similar role Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing is an advantage Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet daily and weekly targets Work Location: Pune (Work from Office) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday Compensation: As per industry standards What You’ll Gain: Exposure to a creative and fast-paced marketing agency environment Opportunity to contribute to business growth and client acquisition Hands-on learning about branding, digital marketing, and client handling Show more Show less
