Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts in the Staffing & Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building new client relationships across IT, Manufacturing, Automobile, and Pharmaceutical domains, with a focus on direct empanelments.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and target potential clients across India (Domestic) and International markets (especially Malaysia/GCC)
✅ Pitch STAFFREX recruitment services to HR heads / procurement teams of corporates✅ Represent STAFFREX professionally in client meetings, calls, and virtual demos✅ Generate meetings through referrals, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry connects✅ Prepare client proposals, pitch decks, and pricing strategies (with management support)✅ Coordinate with internal recruiters and delivery teams post-client onboarding✅ Maintain accurate records of lead pipeline, follow-ups, and closures in CRM

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in B2B sales / client acquisition (preferably in staffing or consulting)
  • Strong network in HR/TA teams of Indian SMEs / Corporates / MNCs
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English and Telugu/Hindi
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, LinkedIn, CRM, Google Workspace
  • Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Graduation or MBA preferred (Not mandatory for high-performers)

Role Type:

Full-Time / Freelance / Retainer (as per candidate’s preference)
Location: Preferably Andhra Pradesh or TelanganaSalary/Commission: Negotiable (Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives)
