Job Title: BD/Sales Lead – Integrated Marketing Solutions Employment Type: Full-time Location: Andheri (W), Mumbai In About Us: We are a dynamic, full-service integrated marketing agency specializing in event management, digital marketing, video & photo production, creative and spatial design, installations, and art-led experiences . We craft brand stories that come alive through immersive events, bold digital campaigns, or striking visual content. As we expand our footprint, we seek a BD/Sales Lead to lead our client acquisition efforts, shape our sales strategy, and build a high-performing business development team. Role Overview: This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, deeply understands multi-vertical brand needs, and is passionate about driving growth through relationship-building and strategic planning. You’ll also be responsible for hiring and mentoring a team of 2–3 sales associates/interns to scale the business alongside you. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute the agency’s new business development roadmap. Identify high-potential industries and accounts that align with our integrated service offerings. Team Building & Mentorship: Recruit, train, and lead a team of 2–3 junior associates/interns. Establish clear KPIs, provide regular guidance, and ensure team growth and performance. Client Acquisition & Prospecting: Generate leads via cold outreach, referrals, networking, and partnerships. Build a robust prospect pipeline and lead the conversion journey. Tailored Pitching: Lead development and delivery of client-specific proposals and presentations. Confidently pitch our services, articulating ROI and business value. Onboarding & Relationship Management: Oversee the onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth project handovers. Act as the key relationship manager, nurturing long-term client trust. Cross-Selling & Upselling: Leverage our integrated offerings, from events to digital marketing, content production to spatial design, to identify and close upsell opportunities. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the strategy, design, digital, and production teams to translate client briefs into impactful, well-executed campaigns. Market & Client Insight: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform internal strategies and service innovation. Who We're Looking For: 3–6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within a marketing, advertising, events, or creative agency. Proven experience in building and managing junior team members or interns. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident in leading pitches and handling high-value conversations. Strong understanding of creative services: events, installations, digital campaigns, content production, and branding. Results-oriented, strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude.
