Job Description

Role Overview The Junior art Director will be responsible for driving creative thinking, concept development, and execution across all media. This role requires someone who’s not just a thinker, but a doer — someone who can crack fresh ideas, lead branding projects, and create compelling campaigns across print, digital, and video. You will work closely with a team that includes graphic designers, video editors, web designers, account managers, and strategists. Key Responsibilities Lead conceptualization and development of brand campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms. Solve creative challenges with strategic, well-designed visual and narrative solutions. Collaborate with account managers and strategists to interpret briefs, contribute to campaign planning, and ensure effective communication. Supervise and guide a creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and website designers, ensuring timelines and quality are met. Work hands-on where required — developing layouts, storyboards, branding ideas, and campaign concepts. Drive consistency in design language, visual storytelling, and brand tone across all outputs. Review, critique, and provide constructive feedback to creative team members. Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, social media formats, and marketing innovations. Present creative ideas internally and to clients when required. Requirements 4 to 6 years of creative experience in a branding, advertising, or marketing agency. Strong command over brand identity systems, print advertising, and digital-first campaigns. Excellent portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, branding, social media campaigns, and video-driven content. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and relevant design/video tools. Working knowledge of website design, UI/UX principles, and content-led thinking. Strong team management and leadership skills; able to guide junior creatives and collaborate cross-functionally. Strategic thinker who understands the bigger picture and can translate it into powerful, creative solutions. Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
