Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new business opportunities in industrial and Robotics automation products.
  • Identify potential clients in manufacturing, robotics, and automation sectors.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, presentations, and proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
  • Build long-term relationships with OEMs, integrators, and end-users.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–10 years in B2B sales of industrial / automation / electrical / mechanical / capital equipment.
  • Proven experience in industrial solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
