Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the installation and commissioning of SPMs at customer sites (domestic and international).
Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, and automation system layouts.
Collaborate with design, assembly, and controls teams to understand machine functions and ensure installation readiness.
Conduct site assessments prior to installation to identify and prepare for potential challenges.
Perform machine alignment, leveling, wiring, piping, and calibration during installation.
Carry out function checks and trial runs, ensuring machines meet performance and safety standards.
Train end-users and maintenance teams on machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
Provide on-site and remote support for post-installation issues or breakdowns.
Document installation processes, prepare installation reports, and communicate feedback for design improvements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
1+ years of experience in installation and commissioning of SPMs or industrial automation systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, control systems, PLCs, sensors, actuators, and HMIs.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Willingness to travel extensively for domestic
